This hotel is ok for a solo Traveller ..rooms are ok .. amenities are basic ..food options are limited... noisy in the evenings due to the Bar on the top floor..but location is good..All the main markets are nearby ..

Booked via online and got a great discount for this property and I paid a small amount. Comparing to that amount I got a luxurious stay in this property. The rooms were so good. Bath fittings are old but no issue. Overall Good!

Flush tank in the bathroom was not working, neither we were offered a different room nor did they take any action to fix it even after reporting the problem more than twice. The room service operates only after 8 AM and if you feel like having a tea/coffee early in the morning, you'll have to walk down the road. The elevator works only until first floor, only one staircase connects ground and first floor, so people who find it difficult to climb the stairs, this is not a place for you. my stay at Soorya Residency was terrible.

Hotel is near railway station (not far off) and main market area. That's a plus. Though you have to come to the main road (5 minutes walk) to get an auto-rickshaw to take you around. Rooms are a bit costly, when it's compared to prices. Room service still to be improved. Credit cards accepted. Reception looks good, rooms have to be improved upon. My journey was earlier than July last year, but I thought you guys should be informed, so it never late, "better late than never" as they say.
